š Bad BRGR is never just about the food.

Bad Brgr was never just about the food. It has always been about people.
We did not start in Manchester, but somewhere along the way, this city became a part of who we are.
There is something about Manchester that is hard to explain unless you have felt it. It is not polished. It is not trying to be something it is not. It is real. It is hardworking. It is a city full of people who show up for each other, who support local, who take pride in where they are from.
You feel it when you walk down Elm Street. You feel it in the small businesses, in the conversations, in the familiar faces that start to feel like part of your routine. There is a sense of connection here that you cannot fake.
That is what drew us in.
And over time, it is what built Bad Brgr into what it is today.
From the beginning, we were never chasing perfection. We were chasing something real. A place where people could come in, take a breath, and feel like they belonged, even if it was just for a moment. The food was always a part of that, but it was never the whole story.
Because food, at its best, is not just about what is on the plate. It is about what happens around it.
It is the conversations. The laughter. The quick stops that turn into longer stays. The familiar faces behind the counter and across the room. The feeling of walking into a place and not feeling like a stranger.
That is what matters to us.
Manchester gave us that. And we have tried to give that feeling back in every way we can.
We have been lucky to grow here. From Elm Street to our location at the Mall of New Hampshire, every step has just been another way to connect with more people in the same community that welcomed us in.
And as we look ahead, we are excited about what this could become in other places too. Not to replace Manchester, but to carry a piece of it with us. To bring that same energy, that same sense of connection, into new communities while staying grounded in where it all took root.
Because at the end of the day, this has never just been about burgers.
It is about people.
